manage and maintain built property assets and to
provide timely management and service
performance information for clients to make
informed decisions. FM24 ensures clients’ property
portfolios operate at their full potential at all times, supporting their corporate and
workplace performance throughout the day.
2.7.4 Maintenance Service Delivery
Maintaining the core functionality of your property is the
bedrock of a successful performing enterprise or
environment. Working as a partner to your business,
our technical services teams can function as either a
multi-part or single service model. We provide services
for home owners and tenants as well as commercial
